The pay is good, set hours are good to have. Never really had an issue for taking time off
Cons
New rule in place to not hire anyone without degree and no supervisor promotion, locking hardest working employees out promotion.
Advice to Senior Management
Get rid of degree rule, you'll higher better people and promote those that deserve it.
