Grant Thornton International – “It is an interesting organisation to work for, but it could be better...”

Pros

The company is many ways truly international and it is great place to work with wide variety of people and learn from our cultural differences.

Cons

We have grown from few people to an organisation of medium size, yet we do not have internal support functions that would allow the middle management to carry out their job effectively. The senior management turns blind eye to any difficult internal issues and decisions.

Advice to Senior Management

Less politics and more leadership by example with an positive attitude please. It is ever so disappointing to see the people one would like to look up unable to show solid people and project management skills.
