Career Opportunities
“Great Company, but victim to the economic downturn.”
Former Employee – worked at Grant Thornton, LLP
Pros – Great mentors and many new friends. Opportunity to work with a wide range of clients in various industries.
Cons – Management stressed employee resumes over client relationships in order to improve finances after the economic downturn caused by the housing market crash.
Advice to Senior Management – Understand what keeps your existing clients happy rather than what will bring in new clients. As the economy has now turned around, I'm sure this is no longer the case.
