    I worked at Grant Thornton

    Pros

GT offers a good work-life balance. Senior management is also flexible in the number of hours you work or when you want to have some time off.

    Cons

    - Salary as a starter is somewhat disappointing
    - Not that many opportunities for growth within the organization
    - There are more renowned accounting / corporate finance businesses to start your career

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - Increase salaries
    - Explicitly state ambitions
    - Improve feedback system
    - Spend more time on pitching for new mandates
