Pros

Benefits are decent. Your superiors are generally exceptionally talented individuals.

Cons

Leadership is lost and there is so much red tape. You can make a 20% instant raise plus less hours leaving and going to a private company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop thinking inside of the box. I have not seen an original idea from any partner and that includes during an audit.

    Pros

It's really tough to think of anything positive but there is heat in the winter and air conditioning in the summer...some of the people seem nice but ultimately, no one knows what they are talking about, especially the "head" of the department.

    Cons

Everybody in this department is out to prove that they are smarter and better than the next person. It takes weeks and sometimes even months to get any actual work done. Many people in charge of this department are extremely rude and arrogant, even to vendors and agencies trying to help.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop being so rude and hiring inexperienced people! We need people who actually know how the web works. Instead of talking about your past experiences elsewhere, how about learning something and bringing it to the table??
