I worked at Grant Thornton full-time (less than an year)

Pros

Great training opportunities. Can be a good start for recent college grads.

Cons

Extreme lack of work/life balance. Expected to put in 50+ hours (including the weekends) on a weekly basis. Lots of nepotism.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't just look at each employee as a dollar figure but actually value their talents and contribution.
