Some group meditation and healing at the very top and investment in internal promotion and leadership training would make employee happier

    Pros

    Good work/life balance: for someone with young children the flexibility with life balance has been a great benefit. Flexible when it comes to sick children, day care, issues, etc. Have been able to work from home or make up the time elsewhere.

    Cons

    The salary is not the greatest.
