the worker bees are good people who love what they do. there are some very talented people there. It will be great when they find new homes and can REALLY shine.
Cons
Lack of information provided to employees regarding the state of the company as a whole.
Cliques.
Advice to Senior Management
Listen to your employees. They might not always be right, but it pays to listen.
Rather than blindly making decisions.

John Thompson no longer head Graphic Orb, Inc. Ken Gray is at the Helm, returning from retirement, formerly of Ogilvy & Mather, fixer for IPG, and Global Director Creative Services at McCann Worldgroup. The same advise to Senior Management stands.
