Great company if you're in it for the long haul.

ProsGood company to put on your resume. A great company to build your skill sets and further your knowledge with the millions of products.

ConsNot a forward-thinking company. Graybar is stuck in the 80's. Graybar promises updates for e-commerce & I can only think that after any change is implemented they will be stuck in the 90's.

Advice to Senior ManagementManagement needs to start empowering "young blood" to offer some fresh perspective with marketing, among other things.

    Pros: Benefits, huge product offering, millions of dollars of inventory, tools… Cons: Not always enough resources to service customer properly.     Very tough and disappointing place for younger workers
