Current Employee – been working at Graystone Bank

Pros – The offer a great training program with a Small Business Feel. The employees make it feel like a Family Atmosphere

Cons – The annual salary was low and so were the commissions, but it's a small company and it doesn't offer same opportunity as bigger banks

Advice to Senior Management – Open yourselves up to talent. I was there overqualified for my position and they couldn't see where they should redirect my talent
