Great Clips – “Great Clips is a great place to work”

Pros

I worked at the corporate office, not a salon, but it was a wonderful experience. Management was accessable and friendly; took a serious interest in your career progression. Provided all kinds of activities to keep the atmosphere fun and exciting. Very flexible when it came to hours worked, especially during the summer; flex time is a part of the culture.

Cons

Different departments are often siloed; the corporate office could use more meeting space. Other than that, it was a great place to work.

Advice to Senior Management

Trust your directors and VPs, but find more ways to foster inter-office collaberation. Overall, its a great place to work though.
