    many opportunities for advancement, pay and bonuses which make it a very lucrative job, and of course having fun in the workplace with many contests, games, and theme days

    Cons

    the nature of retail and service businesses that requires our work weeks to start on the week ends otherwise nothing that I don't like

    Advice to Management

    having throughly enjoyed the active leadership that has provided me with tools that make managing a much easier job, plus seeing the involvement in so many other industries that have our company in the face of the public, the racing program especially. this is a great company to work for.

    great benefits and employee perks. upper managment always rewards employees for hard work and commitment to the company. employee discounts on products and tools.

    Cons

    at times it seems that issues brought to managments attention fall on deaf ears. scheduing favortism seems to be a frequent issue.

    Advice to Management

    listen to employee issues and be proactive, do something about the complaints instead of pusing them under the rug. just because the issue is not metioned again does not mean the problem went away. follow up on issues.
