Good people work there, very friendly.

Cons

Incompetent management, won't adapt to 2011 business methods, stuck in the 1950's.
Still doing business over a beer & a church meeting, not in a professional setting.
Zero commitment to new technology
Company run by a combination of "good ole boys" & northeast ethnic groups.

Advice to Senior Management

Look at a calendar! It's 2011! Adapt or become the largest division of Utility trailers.
