Pros

This is a company where the people REALLY care about what it is they do, and have a real drive to help others. The opportunity for advancements is amazing, and it doesn't matter where you come from or experience. This is a company that believe in their employees and their potential!

Cons

This is one company where their employees seem to be paid on a little less than competing companies, but I belive loving what you do is far more important thant the money you making doing it.

Advice to Senior Management

Take more time to see what is being done by the admin in the resource centres, large group offices etc. They are what hold a lot of the company together, and without them, it would soon fall apart.
