Housekeeping on evening shift worked alone basically.

Cons

Some of managers from other departments would try to run housekeeping, and would step on a lot of toes. Great Wolfe Lodge has lost a lot of good employees from housekeeping because of this.

Advice to Senior Management

Teach people their boundaries, and make sure they stay within them, and pay more money to your employees.
