Sehr veraltetes Management der Firma - absolutes Detailmanagement und kein Raum für persönliche Inhaberschaft oder Entwicklung. Veraltete Wege, Aufgaben zu erledigen, und keine Motivation, Kompromisse mit neuer Technologie einzugehen, um die internen Tätigkeiten zu verbessern. Frauen aufgepasst - Männerverein!! Very dated management of Company - completely Micro-Managed and no room for individual ownership or advancement. Outdated ways of completing tasks and no willing to compromise on new technology to improve in-house function. Women beware - boys club!! This is NOT a modern Company that embraces changes and fresh new ideas and technology. Information is not freely shared and being pro-active is NOT a good quality to have.

    Everyone was really helpful. Exciting projects. Big scale projects that are fun to work on.

    Would like a little more sociability in the office.

    Could improve employee productivity and work environment. After growing up reading about work environment, I thought the office could use a stronger, more productive environment.

    Pros

    Repeat client base with some challenging assignments. Good interaction among the design disciplines in the exchange of technical information.

    Cons

    Lack of equal opportunity for all engineering staff to advance within the company. Despite published policy for promotion, guidelines are often circumvented. Process appears tainted. Meanwhile, individual achievements are often overlooked or under appreciated. Upper management provides little meaningful leadership.

    Advice to Management

    Spend less time bolstering the corporate façade and focus more on the concerns of the engineering staff. Attempt to pursue projects not directly related to water and wastewater.
