Great Benefits, Culture and great opportunity to build your own business. There is a ton of growth potential.

    Cons

No cons, sales is not for everyone and recruiting is a high pressure job. Success is what you make of it.

    Pros

High payouts on commission because that's the only way they can attract employees.

    Cons

The Partners are the most dishonest and disreputable individuals I have encountered in my professional career.

    Advice to Management

Listen to what your former clients (of whom I know many) your former employees (many of who have reviewed your firm on the web in scathing detail) and your former candidates (many of who view your firm as a joke) and take some corrective action. Seek therapy.
