Pros

The benefits are incredible. Renewable Energy is a hot market. The office is really unique and modern and you get to work with some really bright and energetic folks.

Cons

There's next to no room for advancement, only lateral moves or taking on additional responsibilities. Sales and marketing seem to be at odds with each other rather than working together.
