    Pros

It's a company which focuses on renewable electricity, energy made from 100% renewable sources, which actually have drawn me into this company. Overall, the management is wonderful. Commission based job, you make good money if you like being as a sales person.

    Cons

Most of the time you have to work outside, there may be some weather related issues, and you gotta deal with so many different types of people.

    Advice to Management

don't know yet! just started. Lets pass few month then I will be able to tell.
