    Pros

Great work experience, great people, free coffee and plenty of snacks!

    Cons

Internships are unpaid, other than that I really enjoyed my time there.

  2. Great intern program, be nosy you'll get more out of it!

    Pros

Freedom to work with anyone in the PR department, check ins on progress, diverse client portfolios, friendly work environment.

    Cons

If you don't show initiative and improvement, you will sit in the back clipping coverage for all eternity. If you work a second job, quit it, you won't have the bandwidth to do both well. When they say the program is 20-30 hours weekly, they mean 35.

    Advice to Management

Vet candidates with a writing test, and don't put interns in the corner (literally!) Reinforce that you are there to help and be available, otherwise you'll both have more work to do on a redo.
