Good 8 to 5 job as long as you keep your sanity in check.
Cons
IT senior staff has been comfortably at the realm for some time, but it's the constant backstabbing and hypocritical situations that will discourage you from staying there any longer. You don't learn from negative people.

They do, however, have certain "favorites" who can do whatever they please, despite the rules. This is rampant throughout the Boston office and needs to be addressed.
