Greenberry's – “Good personal growth”

Pros

Greenberry's is a great entry level job to learn about the coffee, tea, and beverages industry. Easy to have fun with other employees while working hard.

Cons

Because of it's size, Greenberry's does not get the same recognition that bigger companies such as Starbuck's gets. However, the customers are loyal and are generally friendly.

Advice to Senior Management

I would recommend that management try to learn its employees more and offer more benefits in order do retain employees and create loyalty.
