Pros

Good Pay for the job responsibilities. Great people with a tremendous sense of humor. Weekly meeting to air suggestions directly to upper management= and they alctaully listen!

Cons

Hours can be very demanding for salaried positions, including nights, weekends and holidays. Follow through on some procedures and policies is lacking.

Advice to Senior Management

If new suggestions are good enough for you to adopt don't be afraid to follow through with them until they become standard operating procedure.
