A lot of inexperienced people thrust into management roles then left to figure it out on their own, inexperienced manager telling highly trained competent staff what their role should be

Advice to Senior Management

Give junior managers more experienced mentors to walk them through their new roles, make sure all members of staff take their holiday time, allow external suppliers to be used
