Pros – The benefits package of a matching 401K, paid personal & vacation time, and insurance package. Advancement opportunities within other Textron BU'S is another option.

Cons – Paper work is a challenge

Advice to Senior Management – Gather more feedback from their distributors and end users through the use of surveys and/or product samples. Although each product goes through certain industry standards for testing, they need to be tested in the field by the end users that will be using the tools daily. This will enable Greenlee to determine if a particular product line will perform to the tough standards in the field.
