Pros

There is a very diverse group of people working here with experience in all areas. As the company grows we are getting more and more exciting projects and career growth and learning opportunities are in abundance. This is one of the rare companies that give you the time it takes to get the job done right the first time.

Cons

There is very little to complain about here, I guess the only think that comes to mind is that we are a little behind the times in the CAD tools and PDM systems, but rapidly coming up to date.

Advice to Senior Management

Be careful not to hire too many entry level guys. One of the things that makes this place great is the collective competence and experience of the team.
