    Pros

    The people i worked with.

    Cons

Management structure and the "You should be glad to have a job" attitude.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Re evaluate IT management structure and put more of an emphasis on doing the right thing even when no on is looking.

I have been working at Greenway Health full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The R&D environment is very fun and friendly, and like big family. There is a great culture with in Greenway across all departments. The senior management has a great vision for the company, and will push hard to achieve all goals. Greenway is becoming a leading EHR provider in the industry and will be a big name soon enough.

    Cons

If you are in development, prepare to work hard and forget about having a life during the week if the team is preparing for a build release. The trouble is, if you are good at what you do you are rewarded with more work, which is a double edge sword. 60-80hour weeks become the norm, and there isn't any extra compensation - except for job security.

Unfortunately, climbing the ladder at Greenway is very difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show your hard workers they are appreciated to avoid burnout. Your employees are your greatest asset, don't lose them to exhaustion or frustration.
