I worked at Grey Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great colleagues, very smart, young, and friendly. Awesome social life, makes staying at work after hours not so bad - it's fun. Great on-the-job training and if you can get in, you're into the industry for good. Solid accounts as well. Good morale, depending upon who your boss is. Booming, successful company.

    Cons

No pay, very difficult to get promoted (it's promised, as are raises, but they take extremely long). The only way to really earn money is to jump around from companies. Very long hours are assumed with no OT. No bonuses.
