Pros

Many of the people there have worked there for many years and have a relatively stable (for the industry) job. There is less creative attitude here because of its fairly staid reputation. They have some decent clients some of whom they have done some decent work for in recent years.

Cons

There is an incredible amount of back stabbing and pettiness. I found the account group to be very traditional and entrenched in an old agency model and way of thinking. Some of them were more interested in getting to their golf game or happy hour than in doing great work.

Advice to Senior Management

Senior management is trying to shift a very old and large ship. They have attempted to strengthen their creative product.
