-decent christmas bonus (cash, greyhound merchandise, etc)
-flexible hours (morning and evening shifts available)
-not very busy

Cons

-lots of drug dealers hang around all day and night
-lots of drug users use drugs all day and night
-no clear outlines and communication on responsibilities and duties

Advice to Senior Management

-better training and delegating of duties
-better benefits
-be tougher on bad employees
