Empowerment - you / we have been empowered to make decisions. So if you are comfortable making decisions, go with it. It can't hurt. Everyone will succeed because you made the right decision or learn from it.

Cons

Very difficult clients during inclement weather. Be prepared.

Be kind to your team. They want your respect, knowledge, and vote of confidence. Share the knowledge.

    Pros

    nothing it was stupid and suffering

    Cons

    Bad CS, not organized, grumpy and un-polite old boss ...among other things...like dealing with pissed off customers all the time because of bad management

    get out of this business, I am really dissatisfied with your service and advise everyone NOT to work with Greyhound everrrrrr.

    Pros

    Decent salary and benefits. Good for people who like to travel

    Cons

    Poor working conditions, old equipment (Buses and terminal). Lack of security screening at terminals

    Advice to Management

    Adversarial relationonship between Drivers and management makes job difficult . Not having good working equipment, clean safe working environment(ie bus rest rooms, customer security screening). Overall I enjoy working with 98% of my co workers but sometimes feel I am put in situations were I cannot perform my job to the best of my abliity and provide the best service to the customer because of management decisions.
