“i like the peole i work with bit the pay is abysmal, management is poorly trained and micromanages, no respect for emply”
Current Employee – been working at Griffin Hospital
Pros – nice people, easy job, clean enviornment
Cons – poor pay
no recognition for a job well done
no room for advancement
broken or missing equipment
no visiting hours, families dictate care and follow you around the floor nagging you
constantly adding checklists for the checklists
Advice to Senior Management – come down to the floor level and observe what we really do. you stated in your state of the hospital that we all made sacrifices but all the vp's got their bonuses and we got squat
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
