I worked at Griffin Hospital as an intern

    Pros

Friendly staff that was very helpful in my section and others of the hospital, happy patients that seemed to stick around even after they finished their program, good facility that has well maintained equipment and variety, felt like I learned a lot at my internship.

    Cons

Only open 3 full business days of the week. My intern program was through Southern Connecticut State university and required 300 hours time, this made it a little difficult to get all those hours in when there were only a few days out of the week the facility was open. Inclement weather, AKA snow and ice, also caused several closer days for the center.

    Advice to Management

From what I understand, the CR center is still growing so it would be nice to see a couple more days of operation open up during the work week.
