Griffin is a poorly managed company.

ProsHealth insurance reimbursement is 100%, month to month if profitable.

ConsThere are too many to mention. Many employees stay due to the poor economy. The company is always asking for more from everyone, they announce profits at every meeting but have failed to give raises in years. Employee morale is low.

Advice to Senior ManagementBring in a qualified individual to put the inner workings of the company on the correct path in an unbiased way, implement their suggestions!
