Griffith Laboratories – “Not much work given”

Pros

It's a startup, so you can work on important issues, provided you ask for these and demonstrate capability and willingness. My internship was bascially set up by someone else i.e. there is no formal internship experience you have to make one for yourself.

Cons

- Not much work, I finished the work assigned to me quickly and then there were days when I wasn't doing much. Otherwise the culture of the place is quite open and you can look for work or help someone with their work to show your eagerness/capability.

Advice to Senior Management

You could create a formal internship program.
