The products are very capable and designed to last.

Cons

You rarely get to go out on a Hovercraft.
A lot of the financial decisions are made without cost-benefit analysis and appreciation of inefficiencies where money could be saved and hence false economies.
Politics and perception of people is a major part of daily activities

Advice to Senior Management

The company is heavily Production-led and destroys the team-working across the departments. Encourage directors to go back to the floor and seat-in with each department to truly understand it.
Limited sales of Hovercraft in the world drives the business model which is too lean in most areas. Set-aside an R&D budget (with Tax incentives) to look at customer-feedback opportunities, and offer products accordingly.
