the training staff from california was weak

Prossome of the staff are amazing. ALl male bartenders make you feel like they care about their job and some of the servers are very experienced.

ConsClientele for the most part are rude and forget getting a good tip from foreigners. They lie about the benefits and the hours they have to reduce.

Advice to Senior ManagementTreat your employees with respect and stop lying about the hours you are reducing. Add the gratuity. save your staff. I would still work their if you got your act together.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Pros: Because of how horribly it's run, you get away with… Cons: Stress is put on employees, harassment - sexual and otherwise… Advice to Senior Management: Find professional managers who know what they are doing.
