Company with very good communication among employees. There are morning meeting to discuss daily activities and plan to achieve daily work load. Each employee is given the opportunity to speak openly so that there voice is heard. This also gives management a chance to reward people verbally for a good job completed. Excellent opportunity to learn the basics of the life science/biopharmaceutical field.

Small company with limited growth opportunities. Small opportunities to work in other departments and use different skill sets.

Advice to Senior Management

Help employees reach a good work/life balance and also allow individuals who have done a certain job role to move into other areas to increase job satisfaction over many years.
