The pay is good, the company is a fortune 500 so you do not have to deal with unfair or poor management. The people are great to work with, benefits are fair, so is commision.

Cons

people are always coming and going. You have to depend on other people to do your job correctly so sometimes you are put in a bad position and the customers will take it out on you. No holiday bonus, no more christmas parties.

you have to be good at what you do and you'll move up. Same for every job
