Union jobs means fair labor, seniority, accountability, etc.
Fair wages
Savvy health care model.
Good Benefits

Cons

Layoffs are occurring more frequently.
Time off can be very difficult

More promotion from within and groom from "the ground, up".

    Poor upper management out of touch with thier employee and consumer base.

    Potential or a great deal of office politics that don't move the business onward, union can be a detriment in some departments, lacks diversity at leadership levels
