Cons

*Huge huge turnover or staff
*Never paid overtime, time maintenance is done for payroll on the computer and if you worked 15min passed your original schedule even though you clocked out at 15min passed and should be paid that extra 15mins- you don't!
*Minimal trainning, asked to train yourself on lunchbreaks and after hours to read modules
*Staff is zoned in sections, so you could be stuck on cash or fitts for 8hrs at a time
*Lots of gossip and name calling of present and past staff members
*Management team is never included in desision making, only store manager and DSS
*Staff complaints are forwarded to the Human Resouce dept, but nothing is followed up.
*No value is put on current staff members, you are treated like a number!

*Company re-stuctured key management roles eg: no more keyholder position, and the visual merchandiser and Assistant manager position is put together to form a new role named Visual Assistant which means the visual merchandier has to include all the responsibilities as an Assistant manager ( serve customers, cashier, open and close store ect... and do all thier visual duties as well)

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to the staff when their is comlaints, treat staff like people first
