    Pros

There is free gatorade and always someone there to help you get going with your sales territory.

    Cons

Management must have been trained by the secret service. Nothing gets past them.

    Advice to Management

Take is easy.. Thank back to when the company was on the top of its game... the atmosphere and company culture was fresh and fun to be at, and now its just another job that considers you a random person who must make them money. Groupon now has lost their reputation as a fun and exciting place to work, but for sure will go down in history for once being the best place to work! Sad.. Remember when Groupon was Great?

    Pros

    Start-Up Culture
    Employees
Perks (Free Drinks, Coffee, lots of beer, food, etc.)

    Cons

During Groupon's enormous growth stage, a lot of middle-management had no idea how to lead their teams.
Upper-Management disconnected from sales and management team
Commission structure got worse and worse over time.

    Advice to Management

Probably should have sold to Google. Would have been in a much better position.
