    Young environment
    Pay is decent
    Easy to get promotions (if you're in the right circle)

    I am not joking but this place is like a circus ran by cowboy's. I was working out of the Australian HQ in Sydney for 4 months and ran for my life towards the end.
    The place is poorly managed yet they constantly rant on about how successful they are. HR Department is unprofessional and don't care about staff well being, their focus is to cover up the senior management's inadequacy.
    The CEO and COO are extremely unprofessional and immature. Clearly not a good fit for the job but they know how to deliver the lip service to Andrew Mason to keep their jobs.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Senior Management in Chicago needs to clean up the Australian operations before the situation worsen's. Too many mates from the inner circle get the promotions and other talent are left behind.
