Incredibly boring work for editorial employees.

Quality Assurance Editor (Former Employee)
Chicago, IL

ProsYou are allowed to work from home one day a week. They provide free beverages to employees. There is no dress code.

ConsThe work is repetitive and extremely boring. This position requires long hours sitting in an uncomfortable chair while enduring no intellectual stimulation. There is also a lack of communication between management and their underlings.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive employees more diverse tasks. Start communicating with your employees. And provide chairs that won't require extensive back surgery later in life.
