Current Employee – been working at Growthink
Pros – Growthink gives the opportunity to develope to the highest standards. You are allowed to develop next to some of the smartest groups of people assembled under one roof. The culture encourages nurishment, belief, inspiration and growth. Profits are pumped toward marketing, salaries are earned, growth is encouraged.
Cons – You are allowed to work hard every moment of the work day. Your salary comes to you from an honest effort, smart time management and quick development. The learning curve is sharp and constant, lunch time is a time to nurish your ability to prepare for the next engagement.
Advice to Senior Management – Open transparency, tough realities could be toned down a few notches for the front line dedicated.
