The company provides a lot of room for both upwards and lateral movement within the company. They promote from within a lot. Compensation and benefits are good as well.

Cons

Hard work often goes unnoticed, unless you are in an externally visible position, such as customer service. No overtime even if you work 50 hours a week.

Advice to Senior Management

Do a better job connecting with the employees. Senior management makes many efforts to keep employees appraised of what is happening at the corporate level, but often times they come off as being distant or out of touch.
