    Pros

None whatsoever. There is not a single pro to working here I can think of.

    Cons

    1. Micromanagement
    2. Severe lack of organization
    3. Rude co-workers
    4. Highly unreasonable expectations
    5. Discriminatory enforcement of employee policies
    6. High employee turnover in certain departments
    7. Way behind other companies in terms of employee benefits. Health insurance is unbelievably expensive.
    8. No matter how hard you work or bend over backwards, you will not be appreciated. Instead, the focus is always on what you did wrong or why you haven't met some unbelievable deadline.
    9. Zero training. Growth and development is not encouraged. Churning out poor quality work to meet deadlines is the norm.

    Advice to Management

Don't just pretend to listen - ACT.
