Advice to Senior Management
Sr Management should encourage line managers to develop employees, and to give regular feedback to thier staff. Need to hire more staff, managers are bogged down with day to day tasks. Stop trying to close the gap by hiring more managers and officers. Invest in systems which will result in greater production and proficiency.
