They are very flexible with you when time off is needed, pay is excellent at entry level, positive feedback & recognition for a job well done, opportunity to work at your own pace; setting your own schedule daily, comprehensive training
Cons
management is not always as present or knowledgable about some policies as some would like, the entire company is run on paper; no computers
Advice to Senior Management
bring the company up to today's times and change over to a computer company

Yes the company has a solid reputation and history. But it needs to get with the times and allow women to wear pants.
