I have been working at Guckenheimer full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

High quality services to both customers and employees with innovative and stable leadership in a company that values it's employees as much as it's customers. This is one of the only companies I've worked for that I can say I'm proud to be a part of. They made it through a difficult financial crisis and now with a solid CEO at the helm, the sky is the limit.

Cons

Though the company is not represented everywhere in the country at this time, expansion is a definite.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep up the good work and keep expanding!

    Pros

great customers, great employees. room for creativity, and trying out new healthy recipes. hours are great, no holidays or weekends, very family friendly company.

    Cons

communication could be a lot better. pay isn't good, not being payed anywhere close to experience or education. pays less than cashier.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

communicate with employees better, don't spring dramatic changes on employees without communicating to them first. pay employees what they are worth according to their work performances, and experience/education.
