ProsThe people and the clients I meet while working in such a great location make the job so enjoyable and has kept me wanting to continue to work for the company for over a year.

ConsThe hours are long and sometimes there are some obstacles when it comes to hiring but nothing I can't handle.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to be positive and confident. It will get you to a better place in the field.
